Summary: Was really good we were room only, very bougie for our wedding anniversary. Would of given it 5 stars but there was a delay in getting the security deposit back which was debitted and not held! Had to chase to get it credited back to our account.

Summary: On check in we were gifted an upgrade and given the option of two rooms which was quite unexpected. The staff were happy and chatty with us. We had a meal in the Thai restaurant which was really delicious. Nothing really to fault

Summary: Loved the style of this hotel, it’s beautiful all over and so lovely to stay in. The bed was lovely and comfortable and the pillows were really soft and lovely.

Summary: The hotel and grounds itself, it very quirky and clean. The sitting area is very nice and loooks lovely in the evening. The Boujee room was great. From the comfortable bed, to the unique bath. We also had a decking area where we could sit outside which was an added bonus. Onto the slightly more negative comments. Whilst the room was lovely, we had no idea how to work the aircon, lights or bath. It wouldve been nice if someone gave us a quick tour before leaving us to it. We were also told that the Jacuzzi jets in the bath were disconnected and does not work, which was disappointing. It would've been appreciated if a member of staff would walk round the grounds in the evening to make sure everyone was ok. Us along with a couple of other guests were saying how cold it was outside yet none of the fire pits were lit or the gas heaters were moved into an area where people could use them. Lastly, we were told we had to leave an £150 deposit which would be given back at the end. £150 felt abit steep to be honest. To summarise, it is a really quirky place to stay which I assume why its a tad pricey. The rooms, staff and grounds are great, however there is nothing to do at all which is walking distance. Drinks service whilst sitting outshde is non existent. Lovely place to stay, but would like a little bit more outside outside of the actual room.
