4,800 sq ft fully renovated 1791 Farmhouse & Wedding Barn with 2 floors sporting 9 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, 4 living rooms, 2 enormous 3 season rooms, one with a spalted 16 ft table for enormous dinners for 20. 20 beds sleep up to 30 guests. Perfect for family reunions, weddings, events of all kinds, large celebrations & gatherings. A recreational paradise, offering the following right outside your door......dozens of miles of walking & hiking trails, 3 acre apple orchard, Pebble brook, South Pond only private access (surrounded by Conserved land...trails), Fishing (trout & Bass), hunting, mountain biking, ATV/motorbiking, snowmobiling (direct access to ITS 89...can travel to southern Maine or Canada, snowshoeing (5 pairs provided), cross country skiing, sledding hill (5 sleds provided), 20 ft docking system, boating (canoe, row boat, kayaks provided).
