Positive: The house is spacious, very well furnished. Everything is well considered. Tasteful, but not pretentious. Comfortable, but luxurious.

Negative: Theres and issue with the drains in some if the bathrooms where the water goes down very slowly. This causes a water to pool in the shower or basin which is unpleasant and not very clean. We did let maintenance know, they said they were aware of it but it's not blocked, it's just slow. It needs to be addressed. Because it causes the shower to flood , so you need to open the water very slowly to avoid flooding. For such a big house, there isn't enough hot water in the geysers , especially in winter. Literally one person showers and the hot water is finished. And for a 5 star accommodation such as this, definitely towels must be replaced daily. Not every third day.
