Positive: i thought overall very good and what they advertise was what you got

Negative: they advertised the coffee machine and there wasn't even instant coffee in the unit and except for sugar and maybe 5 tea bags nothing else. I found that quite unacceptable, cause had i not taken my own i would have had to purchase.
