Positive: Location was fabulous, right on the lighthouse, and a great 20min walk into the main shopping, cafe area. The owner / host met us on site and handed over the keys, and suggested various activities to add to our list already (such as seeing the seals at the jetty in Cape Bridgewater).
Negative: All good.

Positive: Jen was an amazing host who went out of her way to make our stay in here beautiful home perfect!! We could walk across the street and see the ocean from the bluffs. The house had everything you could imagine. Wish we had the opportunity to stay longer.

Positive: Presentation of the home and outstanding helpful host. Whatever we needed was there for us. Location was close to the ocean and walking distance to the shops.
Negative: Nothing. I cannot think of anything except our stay was too short and we could easily have spent more days relaxing.
Summary: Most enjoyable, and comfortable home. It was difficult to pack our bag and return to Melbourne.

Positive: Do yourself a favour and book a weekend away... Had a wonderful time exploring Portland and Cape Bridgewater on a first visit. Was met at the house by Jen who opened up for us and showed us around. Lovely, spacious and modern 2 bedder, 2 bather with everything you could wish for and a to die for view overlooking the ocean. Easy and scenic coastal walk into town and easy driving anywhere further you wish to go. Highly recommended and most likely the best location in Portland. And thanks for the milk, filtered water and little tray of treats Jen, it was all much appreciated and added immensely to the stay.

Positive: Loved the location, the quietness, standard of fittings etc. the house was perfect for us oldies. We had one couple who needed disability options, which the house had! This was a great addition, more places should have these! The owner was very lovely, meeting us with the keys and going through a few things with us. Gave us recommendations on places to visit and eat..
Negative: The only thing we could find to write here was that the main bed was a bit high, but was very comfortable.
Summary: Had a beautiful relaxing stay. The locals were very nice, talked to us like we belonged there.

Positive: Basically, a brilliant place with everything you need at the edge of the town with fantastic views within 50m. Exceptionally furnished and it was a pleasure to be there. Perfect for Seniors with ramps and handrails etc.
