Summary: A large two story apartment. Lift from the carparking space. Two good sized bedrooms, open living spaces & three balconies. Unit stairs are a bit steep & unsuitable for the elderly. Lots of special touches such as toiletries & pantry items were included, a lovely surprise. Coffee machine, new fridge, dishwasher & plenty of crockery, cutlery & glassware. Comfy beds & nice bedding. The washing machine was out of order & there was no BBQ as advertised in our booking. Terrific views of a bluestone Catholic church and the harbour in front of the accommodation. Communication with the property host was very prompt, courteous & easy to deal with throughout, thanks Tom. Would recommend staying in this lovely apartment.

Summary: Modern, clean, comfortably, spacious & quiet in the centre of town. Great shower with plenty of hot water. Everything you need in the kitchen. Secure parking. Wonderful views of the harbour. You get what you pay for. Will be back

Summary: We spent 4-5 weeks in this property and have already re-booked to return for another week of work. This Apartment was perfect for us while we were doing business in Portland. Super clean, everything worked, and all equipment and facilities appeared to be brand new.
