Positive: Location was good, near to the sight seeing places. The rooms were cleanish and hotel was descent enough.

Negative: The room size was small. The cost did not justify the facilities provided by the hotel. The food was also below average and the buffet cost was way high.

Positive: It was a last minute plan for us to stay and when we approached the hotel they said they only have online booking, so Bineesh, Sooraj and Saji pitched in and helped us to book the hotel from the booking app, they do have a good customer service, however the rooms could be better, especially the amenities, the breakfast was awesome. Overall it was nice stay

Negative: Room Amenities, Tv was not working, chair was broken
