Positive: When we booked this apartment in July, it was new and without reviews. We checked it weekly and some 10.0 reviews appeared. We were happy but also skeptical. After having our stay in September we can assume: it's a pretty good accommodation. Marco is a caring host who contacted us proactive upon arrival. The flat is fully equipped. You even have detergent for washing machine, paper towels, enough toilet paper and beach towels. The matrace and pillows are good. And we found a welcome gift. All in one, we felt very welcome and definitely would come back. It's a good stay for your vacation.

Negative: There were downsides for us: as we prefer to sleep with open window, that's not possible. The cobblestone street in front of the house makes really loud noise, you can also hear it when the window is closed, and with ear plugs you can "feel" the big cars. The humidity in the apartment is higher than you might know it from Central Europe. We were surprised that in such a newly built house you are not allowed to throw the toilet paper into the toilet.
