Summary: I would give a great review about the hotel general, but the fact I was scammed by the front desk clerk makes me give these small stars. Which I will dispute my credit card bill. We were 20 minutes early. I asked if we were able to check in early otherwise we could come back and he made me think that sure you can check in early. Let me move things around so you can not once did he ask or tell me that this was a charge he even told me to put my credit card in as proof as a identification and I was charged just to check in 20 minutes early without my consent!
