Summary: They had a maintenance issue and didn’t have a double bed room like I had reserved. They took care of it quickly by giving us 2 rooms for the price of 1. You learn most about a business when things aren’t going as planned and they passed with flying colors. The night manager was amazing!

Summary: Jim & April took a terrible 1st day experience at a terrible experience at a different hotel and turned the trip into quite an enjoyable stay. The entire place and the staff were fantastic.
