Positive: Location was convenient with several restaurants and shopping areas nearby.

Negative: They double-charged us even after questioning them on why the stay showed up twice on my credit card, they said they would take care if it but didn’t and had to file claims with my credit card company. The hot tub was extremely hot. On a busy Saturday night, only had 1 bartender for the 5:30 kick-back, creating long lines. Also the set-up for drinks & dinner is not great as the long lines blocked where you needed to get to the food. Ran out of breakfast items and didn’t see any breakfast attendants around to refill items.

Positive: GREAT hotel! Easy to find, parking is included, in a great location for dinning and you just feel safe. The interior is beautiful, pool and hot tub is AWESOME!! I would 10 out of 10 recommend this hotel to anyone.

Negative: There is nothing that I can say that I didn't like. This place is GREAT!!!!

Positive: Clean hotel. We like the kick back time. We do like staying at these brand of hotels if we can.

Negative: A softball team was at the location. There was no way my 2 little kids were getting in that pool with all those kids. So, we would have liked to swim. The team was very nice, but we would have stayed at a less busy hotel for sure.
