Summary: Sure had a great experience at the WelcomInn in Ottawa , room was extremely clean, up to date furnishings. Was greeted by a very kind and courteous staff member who informed us of the whereabouts of the hotel. Also, informed us where to find close by restaurants. Was quite surprised to see breakfast the next morning. Overall experience was great.

Summary: I was able to check in early, the room was clean except the one garbage had not been emptied....with very personal items from previous people....breakfast was decent.
