Summary: Our stay was excellent the service. The only thing that could need a little improvement is the lady that’s in the kitchen. Should smile a little more. She looks like she’s always in a bad mood.

Summary: Clean and comfortable, check-in and out was fast and efficient, no issues. The only down side is some difficulty navigating to the hotel due to ongoing construction, however that is hopefully a temporary issue. I will likely stay there again

Summary: The hotel is always great. I noticed that the hotel is completed booked from Oct to July 2026. I have asked several staff members why....but no one seems to know!!! I have received several answers to students going back to school, renovations, conferences.......so what is it?

Summary: It was great, comfortable, close to the hospital and restaurants. Some confusion over initial reservation but once sorted out everything was great. A telephone number to talk to an actual person at hôtels.com would be helpful. The chat AI is not helpful

Summary: I think this qualifies as a hidden gem. Small but mighty hotel. The renovated rooms were great, the “continental” breakfast has a number of hot items which is a bonus and is more than a continental if you ask me. It’s not lavish but it’s a solid value hotel. Some odd design choices - a bathroom style sink in the middle of the room was odd (they had a sink in the bathroom. They also had one of those weird half glass walls in the shower which I’ve never understood the point of, but that’s mostly personal taste. Note that it’s in the east end and about 20 min walk from the LRT. Easy enough but should know it’s not central. Lots of free parking though. Giving it 5 stars, would stay again in a heart beat.

Summary: Excellent stay at a beautiful hotel.Breakfast was a pleasant experience with lots of choices. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you to all of the staff, especially Damian in the restaurant who, even though he was the manager,was cleaning tables and keeping things tidy.
