Positive: The room was great and we liked having the sliding door to be able to access the room directly from the parking lot.

Negative: It wasn’t a big deal, but we had requested a late check out. Unfortunately that wasn’t communicated to the staff on the checkout day so they came to check on why we were still in the room.

Negative: Reserved a room on the ground floor but was stuck with a room upstairs the guy at the desk tried to say it was my fault when I did the booking but I had my email reservation stating I had a room on the ground floor all he said there was nothing he could do even though I was there before 3. Was not happy being stuck on the 2nd floor.

Negative: Parking is behind hotel and both side truck completely occupied and can’t take the vehicle or drive to parking
