Positive: Villa Marcelo was excellent, lots of room to accommodate for the 12 people I had on my trip, close by downtown Tampa and only a 30 minute drive to Clearwater Beach and 10 minutes from the airport. Not to mention every room had a king bed and bathroom option. This was a excellent stay in a great area.

Negative: Only negative was that the outdoor A/C unit by the hallway to the pool table and pool did not cut on the whole trip but there were fans to keep it cooler somewhat.

Positive: This home was extremely awesome. It was more than perfect for our needs. Very close to stores and restaurants. There was plenty of space for our group and the pool table along with the swimming pool were a huge hit. Franddy was an amazing host! There was great communication and no issues what so ever. This house is as advertised! We really enjoyed our stay there. Would absolutely recommend this home.
