Summary: It was a clean place and the host was amazing at communicating. It didn't earn 5 stars because it's not an apartment. It is only a tight bedroom kitchen area and bathroom. There is no place to sit. So it's great if you're looking for a hotel room and not planning on spending time in it. It does have many conveniences like an electric kettle.

Summary: My boyfriend and I enjoyed our quick stay in Tampa The host was responsive and the location was perfect. The apt was just the right size for us and was clean. Would definitely stay here again if we came back to the Tampa area. The only thing I would recommend is a new microwave and maybe having a broom available. Otherwise, no complaints. Thank you very much for renting out your place to us.
