Enter through a cedar dutch door and consider leaving the top open to let in the coastal breeze. Walk into the living room on terra cotta floors- notice the antique ceiling beams, gas fireplace for ambiance & heat, Mario Bellini leather couch, large travertine coffee table, and French doors that lead to the backyard.

Features a queen bed with fresh premium linens, a smart TV, and large walk-in closet.

The backyard is the perfect setting for al fresco dining. The home provides an outdoor dining table, bbq, and chairs on the patio all while enjoying Seaside's dramatic and colorful sunsets. Off the back patio you'll find the laundry room equipped with full washer & dryer and all necessary amenities. As well as an additional fridge and freezer.
* DRIVEWAY & PARKING *
The home provides a private driveway for one vehicle and is located on a one way residential street with additional parking.
* PET FRIENDLY *
Well-behaved dogs are welcome with pre-approval and an additional $95 per pet fee, a subsequent fee will apply for each additional pet. No other types of pets or animals are authorized.
PET Policy: We kindly require, If left unattended inside the home, pets must be crated or left in the fully gated backyard.

Summary: Overall great stay. It is a small house in a working class neighborhood, but that's really the hardest one can knock it. The whole peninsula is super easy to navigate and reach from this spot. The house itself is clean and set up well to maximize the space and having an enclosed yard was fantastic. We spent most of the time out and about exploring the area, but this was a very nice home base to return to when we needed to. Would stay again.

Summary: My friend and I stayed at the Cottage for a little trip up to the bay and we had a great time! The place was so beautiful and in a perfect location for driving to the aquarium and other places around the bay. We had a wonderful experience and would totally recommend Seaside Cottage!

Summary: Property was excellance , location was 15 min to monterey aquarium, and pretty much everything that was needed or going on . The house is well thought out in need to make a getaway trip go smooth .thank you for accommodation of our fur family and sharing your seaside cottge we felt like home

Summary: Wonderful location. Minutes from all the activities and attractions on our list. The cottage was equipped with all the comforts of home. The beautifully landscaped backyard was enjoyed by our 2 dogs as well as a great spot to enjoy a glass of wine provided by the hosts

Summary: My friend and I stayed for 3 nights and it was truly a relaxing time. We appreciated the care and quality that went into every detail. The house is so cute and organized. Summary: It’s all yours! Small home that was our home for a weekend. We and our dog loved the relaxed comfort. Bri and her husband took great care in providing all things you need to relax in their VRBO. From the large common area to relax in to a well landscaped small yard and patio, we and our dog absolutely enjoyed a relaxing weekend here, and would rent again.
