Positive: Good breakfast. Full traditional Taiwan breakfast. Good selection for vegetarians like me. One of the best breakfast in the area. The room is very clean and the staff keeps the building clean. You can have your room cleaned everyday if desired. The room I was in was very spacious. Good quiet mostly residential area.

Negative: No parking for bicycle outside. They did allow me to bring it inside my room.
