Summary: We came to let our men duck hunt and this property was the best. It is a relaxing place for food and fellowship and perfect for them to come after a long days hunt to leave their gear in the garage. It is a quiet a peaceful respite that we hope to visit again. Summary: My wife and I enjoyed our time at this house. It is tucked away from town and right on the water! The house is a Summer cottage with everything you'd need to stay. The owner's are very nice as well. I would recommend this location for anyone looking to have some peace and quiet and enjoy the view!!

Summary: We have never stayed in Currituck nor the Outer Banks, so we didn't know what to expect. Based on the photos, we were expecting a bright, more up-to-date home with more modern touches. The home has more of a country vibe, is a little dated and has a bit of that older home musty smell. I went back and looked at the photos to compare and the photos look like they have a filter on to capture less detail and add more light. On the pros side, we loved the large sunroom and that wonderful view of Currituck sound with the resident geese, birds and nature. It was also very peaceful. My husband enjoyed fishing in the backyard and even caught a few bass. If you don't mind older homes with a country feel, you may enjoy this one.

Summary: Family stayed 4 nights. Very spacious for all of us. View is outstanding. Nice to have garage to pull in for parking and plenty room for two other cars our group had outside. Down a long dirt road that is little bumpy getting down but very private. Clean. Check in and out very easy. Host responded quickly when we messaged a couple times.

Summary: Nice relaxing property, not too far from the beaches and the OBX towns. 7 yo Grandson was thrilled being able to wake up and fish right there daily. Garage parking was nice, convenient for unpacking and packing. The bottle of local wine upon arrival was a really nice surprise. The enclosed porch was great, beautiful sunrises over the water. Watched the ferry make several trips to Knotts Island.
