Summary: We had a great time at this house. There were kayaks to use, (you can get in the sound right there at the dock) plenty of chairs for outdoor seating, a popcorn maker that my granddaughter loved! The house was very clean and had everything we needed. There's an open air market (Morris')not far down the road that is a must see and Lizard Land that we highly recommend.

Summary: It’s a beautiful property with a very nice view of the water. Unfortunately our trip was cut short due to an emergency but Rick was absolutely amazing!

Summary: Nice quiet place, well stocked, crabbing was great from the dock. Plenty of entertainment, fooseball, pool table, hot tub and TV in almost all rooms.

Summary: We needed a place to stay close to my grandmothers nursing home. Rick accommodated us very last minute and gave us the perfect place to stay. Comfortable beds, easy check in process, responsive host, great location on the sound and near a great seafood restaurant; Frog Island. The pool table and games were nice to do in the evenings. We had zero problems with the water, as mentioned in a previous review. The house was clean and well stocked with coffee, cream, toiletries etc. There is a bait store as well as a dollar store that carries groceries with in 5 minutes. A Food Lion is also with in 15/20 minutes. thank you again for a nice place to stay and being such a great host.

Summary: Pros: open living space; kayaks; pool table; view of the water was phenomenal; fishing poles; somewhat secluded; tvs in every room; gaming ststems & games; jacuzzi. Cons: no paddles for kayaks; fishing poles broken; gaming system controllers dead (didn't see or find charging station); 1 decent pool stick out of several; breaker for jacuzzi trips if using all jets; house tap water smells & tastes bad (had to buy drinking water) also leaves greasy, oily feel after shower & made tub floor very slick; washing machine needed cleaned. Only issue that we reached out about was the jacuzzi issue; everything else we knew there was nothing could be done about. Property description really needs to disclose tap water issue so it's not a huge surprise. That is the only issue that really made the trip unpleasant.

Summary: Rick provided literally everything we could have needed for our stay- even down to garbage bags and Lysol wipes! He was easy to get in touch with and very responsive. The house has a nice fenced in dog area so our dog could go outside off-leash to take care of business. It’s a very nicely appointed house and has LOTS of games and things to keep everyone entertained at night or during rainy days. The only draw back is the distance to a grocery store. The only option close by is the Dollar General. But there is a Food Lion in either direction about 20 minutes out.
