This beautiful, 2 bedroom, 2 bath, with private den, central air conditioned villa sleeps up to 6 people with 1 King, 1 Queen, and 1 Queen Sleeper Sofa (in den). A Pack -and-Play is provided for our small guests. Open kitchen and living room allows for easy family gatherings and dinners. The kitchen is furnished with range, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, coffee pot and grinder, Keurig Coffee Maker, blender, pots and pans, dishes, silverware and much more. Spend quality time together relaxing around the pool, strolling through town, exercising in the onsite fitness room, or just relaxing and watching TV together. You will find 3 Televisions in the home, one in the living room with DVD player, one in the master bedroom, and one located in the private den with DVD player. Internet is provided in the home for your enjoyment. We ask that you bring your own sheets and towels, but if you prefer the owner is providing sheets in the home for your use. We ask that the sheets be washed, folded, and placed back in the closet before departure. A washer and dryer is provided in the home for use. Please leave the home in a neat and tidy condition. Summary: Wonderful, clean condo in a waterfront complex with a pool. Perfect for families. Has all amenities needed. Note that you need to bring sheets and towels and check in requires a trip to a separate office. This could be eliminated if host messaged the key code to the front door via VRBO. As an EV driver, I appreciated easy access to inexpensive public charging at the hotel next door.

Summary: My oldest daughter, mom and I met up for a long overdue visit with aunts and cousins. We stayed for a long weekend and enjoyed the local food, entertainment and carnival. The condo was fantastic! It had everything we could need and plenty of room. The location was perfect, we were able to walk around or take a short ride to everything the island has to offer. I'll definitely be back with my husband.

Summary: We traveled to Chincoteague for my daughter’s birthday. The condo was even better than the photos! The view was stunning, and we spent a lot of time on the balcony overlooking the bay. It was close to everything. The entire property is kept up very well. The check-in process was easy, and the host responded promptly to any questions or concerns I had. I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a relaxing vacation.
