Hi Everyone - we are SUPERHOSTS on Air B&B and excited to now be on VRBO!!!
Enjoy some serious R&R with expansive 180 degree views of Rice Lake and Trent River!
Our fully renovated 3 bedroom, 1 bathroom year-round cottage sits on a half-acre lot with great privacy and beautiful south-western exposure. The retreat features 125 feet of private water frontage and is only 1 mile to the Village of Hastings for easy access to groceries, restaurants and more!
Did we mention the tremendous sunsets???
Enjoy all that the Kawarthas have to offer with your family this year!
Bring your own boat (or rent ours!) to enjoy 40 miles of lock-free boating….you can boat all the way to Peterborough if you choose!
The cottage features 3 bedrooms and 1 full bathroom and was extensively renovated over the course of 2017. It is fully insulated for year round use and is truly one of a kind!

Summary: We had a wonderful stay in this cottage. The beds were comfortable, the interior was very modern with all the amenities you would need, and out back you could sit under the trees with a nice breeze from the river. We were able to use the kayak and paddle boards and the water was nice and smooth. Would definitely recommend this place.

Summary: My husband and I spent the Family Day long weekend in this cottage. We've been feeling burnt out lately and needed to just get away and rest. This cottage was everything we needed. It was the perfect size, had everything we needed and was very cozy. We had plans to take some winter walks, but really just enjoyed staying inside reading by the fire. We did end up going to a nearby skating rink which was very nice. We really enjoyed our stay and would love to visit again and see it in all the other seasons. Winter was a great choice though!
