Positive: The location/view was amazing! Easy to get around the property and the privacy. Loved having the ability to cook and store food. Not having to bring sheets and other utilities made it easier for packing.

Negative: Entrance not easy to spot, even with the current sign. Seemed to have everything but towels in the bathroom and paper towel.

Summary: Would recommend and plan on returning.

Positive: The owners are welcoming, attentive, and very kind. The view is breathtaking and the cottage was very clean and well equipped for my purpose. It was the perfect place for me to stay while visiting in Norwood.

Negative: I loved it so there was nothing I did not like! Having said that, it is important to understand this is a basic old style cottage.

Summary: A million dollar view and a peaceful place to rest, fish, or boat!

Positive: The location was great. It was lovely to watch the river from the cottage, porch and fire pit. The cottage was very clean, the kitchen was well-stocked, and the layout of the rooms was nice. The owners were friendly and respectful.

Negative: The larger bed was a bit too firm for us, but we are particularly fond of plush mattresses. We were happy to have rented at a quiet time of year, but if all the cottages were rented, we would probably find it too crowded. It would be nice as a family renting multiple units though.

Positive: Cabin was clean, and the beds were comfortable.

Negative: We stayed in cabin 7 and there is a very bright light by the cabin that lights up the bathroom and one of the bedrooms at night. It made the camp fire less enjoyable for us. But it might not bother other people. We would have just liked it darker since we were camping.
