Positive: Spacious rooms, and the location wasn't bad.

Negative: There's a great deal of maintenance that needs to be done to this property. Hire a professional and have it done correctly! Interior, for example: leak under the kitchen sink. Imagine having to get rid of the water in a pan under the sink that you are not aware had accumulated. That was very time consuming. Bathroom had tools left in the shower, and tape on the tiles. Exterior: Parking was very tight. Landscaping needs attention to deter the mosquitoes, and to be able to use the grill area. The deck area was one of the attractions of the property. To not be able to use it was a disappointment. Despite this, we had a great time!

Positive: The house was large and spacious. The kitchen had everything we needed for both simple meals and more elaborate meals. The living room was a great space to gather and I like that the tv was set up to easily sign into your streaming accounts. It was an easy two block walk to the beach and this end of Willoughby Spit was very quiet and we didn't see many people on weekdays. Even Easter Weekend, we only encountered a few new beach-goers.

Negative: I'm not putting this as a negative against the house - more as a way to inform future guests - the yard is shared with other tenants and the fence is not complete. Access to the bay beach is across a shared deck and there is a home between your porch and the bay - this is great for sound control, but means it sometimes feels awkward to go down there when the other tenant is home. Once again - this is not a true negative! Just want to make sure renters know what they are getting!
