Positive: Bedrooms were very comfortable and spacious. Kitchen was well equipped with all needed appliances and cookware. Lots of deck space with nice views of the water and comfy Adirondack chairs. It was nice to be able to walk out on the pier and enjoy the view. 5 minute walk to the beach. All necessary stores and some nice restaurants within a ten minute drive.

Negative: The entire space needs a good dusting. Kitchen cabinets by the stove are greasy. Broken towel rack and toilet paper holder in the downstairs master bedroom bathroom.

Positive: Wrap around both level porches. The two beds in the rooms were nice our 3 year old son was able to be in the same room with us but not cramped in one bed. Very short commute to little creek marina for those early bird charter fishing.

Negative: The non carpeted floor areas were sticky and the vents were very dusty. All of the TVs were smart tvs and we had to log into our own subscriptions.
