Positive: Breakfast was very nice, but I’ve had better.

Negative: Paying $25 in case a needed to pay for something extra. Didn’t appreciate paying for parking. Still have not determined that I got the balance of my $25 back.

Positive: The breakfast was not of good quality. The sausage was horrible and the egg was cold. The shower in my room had trash from the last guests. Which tells me that house keeping did not fully do there job. I have stayed at this hotel before and I love staying there when in town, but cleanliness is very important to me. Thank you. The front desk lady that checked me in was amazing. Great job to her. Sorry I don’t know her name. Wish I did.

Positive: Close to many restaurants and was close to the wedding we were attending. Room was ready upon check in. Black out shades were perfect for our toddler napping. Great kitchen, large fridge.

Negative: Strong smell in the room upon arrival. It kind of went away by the second day but was still enough to notice. Crumbs left all over the elevator lobby and outside rooms.

Positive: Breakfast was ok and the staff were very friendly.

Negative: My room was not clean — the bedsheets hadn't been changed, so I requested a room change. Unfortunately, the next room had the same issue, leading me to believe it might be the standard practice here. For the price charged, this should not be the case. I found hair from previous guests in the bathroom, which was quite disappointing.

Positive: The location, staff and environment was amazing. We loved the room setup and decor.

Negative: There were hairs in the shower. There was an earplug on the floor just under bed. There was only one chair available to use at the dining table. Adding a folding chair to one of the cabinets would be a great addition
