Positive: This is an exceptional property and Neil was a very friendly and helpful host. There was plenty of space and we were very comfortable. There was a wide range of information about Shetland including leaflets and books. The view is amazing particularly from the hot tub which was well maintained by Neil. This was the beat place to end our Shetland holiday and we would love to go again.

Negative: Nothing.

Summary: Probably the best place we have stayed in.

Positive: The owner was really friendly and accommodating, met us with the keys and showed us around the house. The house is modern, stylish and provided all the mod cons we needed for the stay, We also loved that the hot tub area also had a shower and W.C. with all the towels and bathrobes provided. The location is stunning, the photo's really don't do it justice, the view from the living room is to die for. The house is very close to Lerwick and its only 5 minutes in the car from Scalloway with its wonderful shop and butchers, we also enjoyed a few very reasonably priced drinks in the Hotel there. It really is a perfect "base of operations" for a wonderful stay in Shetland.
