Negative: The bed was slightly small, if one of the couple is tall it could be a bit uncomfortable :)

Positive: The location is spectacular, views of the sea, very quiet, very private.

Negative: Lots of flies in the property. Very annoying. Couldn’t find a reason for it, left the window open frequently to get rid of some.

Positive: The lovely peaceful location.

Negative: The Shower was only just adequate. No personal contact with owner. Its Managed by an agency. Nothing personal just what is expected of holiday makers. No personal input from other renters ie a book for comments, local information leaflets etc. A folder with generic points of interest ect. Totally lackof any personal touch. Arrived and left without anyone just popping round to see if all ok. Something we are not used too. The drive to Washpool poorly maintained. very overgrown. The grass around cottage was cut. The 'farm' ground was in poor upkeep. Certainly not for those with mobility issues.

Positive: We loved the location and the tranquility. Sea views and the rabbits running around the field were a bonus. The Old Manor House around the corner was great for eating as it meant no driving.

Negative: The start of the lane from the main road needs upgrading. If you don't have a 4wd car it's a bit hairy. We struggled with traction over the brow of the tarmac to avoid losing the sump! Come on - the price paid should allow for a simple rectification. The bumpy lane down to the property was quaint in comparison.
