Summary: The beds are very comfortable, the bathrooms are clean and bright with great lighting and the hotel is in my favorite part of Dallas. There are great restaurants in the neighborhood and you can simply head north on Oak Lawn, which turns into Preston Road and head north to Highland Park and then further north and bit east to Northpark Center with Eately and much more and the great upscale outlet shops just south of Northpark.

Summary: Location was exactly where we wanted to be. Went with a group of girls, and they were very accommodating and put us all on the same floor when we asked. Property is beautiful.

Summary: Staff was lovely and the bar area is lively; but the gas was out, which meant no hot food and no hot water. I was upgraded to a suite, which while appreciated, was very dated. There were two areas in the suite where heating equipment and ductwork were housed in casing that was exposed - you could literally see and touch the equipment and insulation, etc. I’ve never seen anything quite like it, especially in a hotel.

Summary: Nice space and helpful staff. Outdated lighting - no central lights control next to the bed like in most modern hotels. Also the shower has only fixed shower head, no extension. Those are my only 2 minor objections.
