Positive: Location was perfect. Nice neighborhood, safe, and close to transportation lines. Nice food options and shopping close by. The apartment was meticulously clean and very comfortable with all the needed and modern amenities.

Negative: The wifi signal was not great. It was sufficient but it lagged a bit on occasion. If I'd had remote work to perform while I was there, it would have been frustrating. There were a few times in the late evening when the jet noise was predominant but fortunately it didn't last too long.

Summary: I visited for the MLB Winter Meetings and to visit the local attractions. I enjoyed Dallas.

Positive: Very tastefully done place, the attention to detail is commendable. Plenty of coffee/tea options left by the host. The host was very communicative. I didn't use them, but there are double screens that you can hook up a laptop to if you need to do some work.

Negative: An extra towel would be helpful, also the wifi did have a glitch for a day. Since places like these cannot hold luggage before/after the stay, a bit of check-in/out flexibility would be appreciated. The host was very strict on that front.

Summary: Great location to explore Dallas on foot. Very clean and thoughtful space.
