Positive: Such a charming cottage! It was lovely to meet you Suzee and the fact that you grow fresh veges to manaaki (look after) your guests says everything about the kind of host you are, exceptionally kind and thoughtful. Ngāmotu (New Plymouth) is chocka with great attractions and activities. We swam, walked, shopped at the Ngāmotu Seaside Market and had so much fun. The location is incredible and our stay was peaceful, relaxing, warm and cosy. Thank you Paul & Suzee. Hopefully we'll be able to stay with you again soon. Ngā mihi nui ki a kōrua!

Positive: Home atmosphere , very comfortable and bright, full kitchen was perfect for all meals, loved the gardens , especially the herbs.Host was a lovely lady and very welcoming.Located in a great spot , handy for coast walk , shops and proximity of restaurants..Highly recommended.

Positive: Great area to explore, so much to see and do. Nice to have a comfortable base to come back to each evening. Large, light filled living areas that open out into the garden; fresh garden produce seasonally. Easy access with keys in lock box, great communication with owner. Coastal walkway a short distance away - definitely worth hiring a bike in town (I used Cycle Inn) and cycling the entire length of the walkway and some of the side paths.

Positive: This property is simply AWESOME. The attention to detail in providing everything you'd have at home (or better) is just amazing. The invitation to help yourself to the vege garden was a lovely touch and typified the owner's desire to ensure you have a wonderful stay. It is a quiet area. It is by far the best accommodation of its type I have stayed in. I would like to rate it well above a 10.

Negative: Nothing. We LOVED everything.
