Positive: The location is great, and view is spectacular. We absolutely loved the house (group of 4, mum, dad, and 2 adult kids) Lots of beautiful high end specs in the house. Really felt like a luxurious treat staying there. Loved all the little extras like LED lights throughout inside and out. Really appreciated the multiple bathrooms. Beds were super comfy, but we found there wasn't enough bedding. However we were super impressed when we messaged about being a bit cold and 3 brand new blankets were immediately delivered.
Negative: The heater downstairs is a bit hopeless, noisy and too small to be effective at heating the bedrooms and downstairs lounge. Probably a heatpump would be a better quieter option. A dryer would be nice. The heating instructions on the laminated printout are incorrect as they refer to central heating which is not the case. The gas fireplace is the only means of heating upstairs and the tiny Postit note in the bottom of tbe remote holder could easily be missed to alert the user to the whereabouts of the switch for the fireplace. No instructions on using the double ovens. They are pretty complicated even for techy people. Couldn't figure out how to use the outside heater, looks like there may have been a remote at some point as there's a holder by the door, which made the outdoor area unusable for us at it was too cold. It seems like there is water getting into the bottom of the door of the ensuite so be good to deal with that before it gets worse.

Positive: I had an absolutely amazing stay at this holiday house. The view from the property is simply breathtaking—you can see the entire ocean stretching out from the house and the garden. Every morning, I woke up to this incredible, panoramic seaside view. I can’t recommend this place enough.
