Positive: Nice hotel located in the central part of town only a few mins walk to the beach. The room had A/C and a private bathroom. There is a small balcony overlooking the pool. The grounds are nice and the staff are very responsive and friendly. I was able to do a late check out and hang out by the pool while waiting for my afternoon transport back to the city. It’s a quieter option which will appeal to couples or more mature travellers.

Negative: The room was smaller than expected for the price, but otherwise comfortable and nicely decorated.

Positive: Nice rooms, all new and a bit stylish, with AC. All windows were with mosquito nets. It's right in the middle of El Paredon, just a few meters to everywhere. The area around the pool is nice to hang out, though it could be a bit livelier. I guess they need to find a way to attract more guests.

Positive: The owner is really nice and helpful. He helped us book our onward travel . The pool and lounging area was great! The food was also good. Rooms were nicely decorated with comfortable beds and strong a/c. It was a 1 minute walk to the beach and other restaurants and bars.

Negative: The shower pressure was not very strong!

Negative: No house keeping, black mould in the a/c, no water to the sink, shocking water pressure, very expensive for what it is.

Positive: We arrived prior to check in and our room was ready. The staff was so friendly. The grounds were so pretty. We loved the pool area. The rooms were beautiful, we loved the sink and shower. The worry dolls left for us were a super cute addition. The food in the restaurant was SO good. We had dinner, drinks and breakfast. The bartender/server we had at dinner was so friendly and helpful. The bartender/server at breakfast brought us coffee right as the opened without us even asking. The chef came out and talked to us as well. We couldn’t have asked for a better staff experience.

Negative: We really liked everything. The only thing we had trouble with was unlocking the locked front gate when we came back to the hotel in the afternoon. That definitely could’ve been user error though.

Summary: Perfect overnight getaway with amazing food. We’ll come back for longer next time.
