Positive: Pool, co-workingspace and bathrooms are nice. Also the double beds with electricity, lights and curtains were really nice.

Negative: A lot of short electricity and wifi shut downs. Also water wasn’t working for 12hours and couldn’t reach anyone.

Positive: Air con was very good, kitchen was decent, pool was nice.

Negative: It’s still a work in progress so there isnt much shade in the garden yet and the rooftop is empty. There arent really any chillout spaces yet either apart from the lounge which is next to all the bedrooms. The kitchen is covered in ants, which isnt ideal as they get in all your food while you’re trying to prepare it. It’s also not well stocked yet so there isnt much there but more pieces were added whilst i was staying so eventually it will have more. Lots of things were being repaired or fixed up too. Also it wasnt clear who was staying there and who was staff sometimes.

Negative: no space in the shared room to open your bag so it's a mess in there (or you keep your bag closed) - also when i went there everything was still under work (construction), did not feel the place was ready to welcome people ... will get better I guess with time

Summary: not my fav place to stay in El Peredon, wasn't ready when I stayed there to welcome people

Positive: One of the most comfortable hostels I've ever stayed in. So close to everything, and such a nice, relaxed vibe. The kitchen was great for cooking and hanging out, and the coworking space was perfect for catching up on some work under the aircon. The manager Laurine was amazing and made everyone feel right at home. I loved my time here and actually ended up extending by an extra week. Miss it already!

Positive: The world needs more shared dorms like Saya's! The beds are really big and comfortable, and the bunks are made of concrete, so you can't feel or hear anyone else moving around. The kitchen is great, the wifi is good too. I really loved it here!

Negative: The walls are concrete, so the shared spaces are kind of echo-ey, but honestly that's such a small thing!

Positive: My stay at Saya Coliving was really fantastic. Very comfortable, big beds and great facilities including the kitchen, cowork space and even living area, with a huge tv. It's a very new building so work continues but I wasn't really disturbed by this. It feels very well thought out and felt like I was staying in a big villa. Thanks Javier for a great stay!

Positive: It's perfect for remote workers. Great internet speed, quiet, comfortable and good A/C. A good co-working space really makes all the difference. I chose the coliving because of the design and it did not disappoint! Very beautiful building. You can tell that they thought about every detail. The beds are super comfortable, having a double bed in a shared dorm makes resting a lot better. The location is also great, near everything you need but far enough from the party so the noise is not a problem. Last, but not least, the owner and staff made the experience that much better. They know el Paredón in and out and make sure you're having a great time. I know I loved the town so much because I stayed at Saya. Looking forward to coming back soon!
