Positive: The place is actually "austera", simple but you have everything you need. It's a small and cozy hostel, the vibe reflects that of the owners, super cool and kind, happy to share. The commun kitchen is super equipped, they offer coffee in the morning, the bathrooms are clean with soap and shampoo. They also give you the towel. Nothing to add, highly recommended

Positive: Eco friendly hostel with a cool big kitchen with all the things you need to cook. Organized fridges to use! Clean place and comfy beds. Shampoo, body wash, coffee, welcome dessert (chocolate banana ice cream), and some bread in de morning from bakery for free. Volunteers doing everything to make you feel at home! Liked my stay there!

Positive: Super quiet,relaxed and family vibe hostel. Everyone is super friendly and its easy to connect and find new friends. Its one of the few places in Paredón where its super quiet during the nights. The kitchen is a dream to cook together and the whole place is super clean and tidy. Special heads up to the super cozy living room,to the super friendly volunteers and the owner.

Negative: When you are lying in bed and someone walks through the room you feel it very well. Thats a very small thing, usually people at the hostel sleep quite early,so not a big issue.

Positive: I had a private room which I really liked since it was quite hot and humid all day long. The showers and bathrooms were very clean all day long. The staff and volunteers were very nice and responsive to messages. There is a kitchen to cook and store your stuff which I really liked. The location is also amazing, it's not right by the beach - it's a 3-5min walk which I actually liked since it was quieter. They really pay attention to be respectful to everyone and make sure it's quiet after 10pm which I personally really liked. There is a lot of space to just chill at the place outside as well and they also had yoga mats to stretch and practice.

Negative: The private room only has windows on the one side, so I had to have the curtains closed all day long to have some privacy and get changed. There were also some bugs sometimes in my room which was normal since we're outside and surrounded by nature but this is something to keep in mind if you don't like bugs at all.

Summary: Great staff and location, very quiet!

Positive: Location is in a quiet area (still close to everything, 5min walk). Garden very fresh with a lot of plants. Nice hammocks area. Big kitchen with a lot of equipment. The volunteers (a couple from France) and the employee clean a lot, that is very appreciated and the place stays clean during the day.

Negative: The dorm has 7 beds and not 6. As everything is made of wood it's quite noisy as soon as someone walks in the room. Beds are also made of wood, seem quite old are therefore cracking a lot when we move. The price is a bit more expensive than other hostels.

Positive: Good wifi, kinda spacey in socializing places, it was clean, cool staff working.

Negative: Beds are too short for 190cm person. Uncomfortable to get to the second floor bed, also when someones coming to the house or moves in beds all the second floor beds swings also.
