Summary: Very clean. No microwave in our room was inconvenient, as we had gotten a pizza and wanted to reheat it. Outdoor hot tub wasnt working. Staff was friendly.

Summary: We were a group of 9. I booked the exact same room as a friend two doors down. Same side of building. Mine was $40 more through the hotels.com website than booking direct. Neither party used” casino” points. We 70 year olds were there for a friend’s birthday surprising her at the pool. Security questioned us since we didn’t have a wristband! We arrived two hours before check in and assured them that we would have a wristband after spending time with the friend. They could have easily asked our name to verify reservations. One person working the outside pool bar to sell overpriced food and drink made for long waits. Empty cups and cans all over the pool area since no one picked up. Room was basic. Interesting situation when a 38 year old’s licenses expired. They wouldn’t let her into casino even though she was a registered club member from last year. Proof of age was there. We felt someone was on a power trip not allowing her into the casino. They lost 9 people for the evening . Dinner and entertainment somewhere else. FYI. None of the older people we asked for a DL. The facilities were clean besides the pool area. The resort appears to be a designation for entertainment.
