Positive: The staff was do nice and professional and they made everything painless to set up and organize! Thank you so much Mary and the manager! Food was great and everything was clean

Negative: All was perfect but pool was not operational but I knew that a head of time

Positive: I liked the distance from the ball field to hotel. I really enjoyed the layout of the room and spacious bathroom.

Negative: I didn't like the tone of voice a staff member had when she spoke to me and another staff member. Or the simple fact she questioned if she really needed to come down and help the employee when the said employee called her for help.

Positive: I liked the location. It was quiet & close to a lot of places.

Negative: One of the side entry doors had a missing handle & therefore it did not close. The door remained wide open the entire time myself & my partner stayed from Thursday to Sunday. It felt very unsafe as anyone without a room would be able to just walk in & not even have to come past the front desk. They could just go straight to the elevator & go wherever needed & that should not be the case. There was also no security in sight. I also visited the lobby restroom & the toilet was overflowing with tissue. I went into the men’s restroom because I really needed to go & it smelled horrid. I also should mention that the swimming pool was shut down my entire stay as well & that put a damper in my plans.

Summary: The stay was ok. The lobby restrooms could have been clean. The property did not seem safe or secure with the open side

Negative: Pool out of order. Hairblower was missing. Could hear footsteps above us in the late evenings No eashroom by lobby.

Negative: The room was cold and was very noisy with construction. Elevators had exposed wires and was unsafe. A warning of construction would have been nice. What i paid was way too much for all that mess and loudness .
