Summary: This house was perfect for our family of three and large dog. The backyard isn’t fenced in but has a fence on 3 sides and is private and was enough space for our dog to roam around. The neighborhood was very quiet. The outdoor space is great, but BYO camp chairs to enjoy the various patios. We loved the living space, kitchen/dining/living all open with lots of seating was perfect for us and the couple friends that visited. A clean and usable garage was also a bonus. We made good use of the kayaks using the boat ramp that’s less than a mile away. Beds were comfortable, king in the master was nice. Bathrooms/showers were clean, updated, and very nice also.

Summary: Nice new construction house in a quiet older neighborhood. It is less than 10 minutes to most river launches and five minutes to the restaurants. There is a park to walk to and swim in the Rainbow River.
