Beautiful secluded setting on the Rainbow River. Includes guest house with bed and bathroom. Recently renovated with new kitchen and bath, and an adjacent guest house with its own recently renovated bathroom. And a loft with two twin beds for the kids. Wraparound deck, two docks, and 150 feet of waterfront. The main dock is shaded all summer with gently wide stairs to the swim area. The second dock is set up for you to bring your own boat and tie up to the cleats there. Paddle boards, float tubes, and kayaks to enjoy the crystal clear river. There's even a crystal clear spring (now dubbed Otter Spring) 25 yards from the main dock. Especially wide part of the river creates a more relaxing setting, with daily visits by the local otters. Riverside fire pit is the perfect set up for cool evenings. Add the proximity to places like the World Equestrian Center (WEC), Crystal River, Homossassa, and the Withlacoochee River, University of Florida, mountain and paved biking trails. This can be both a relaxing place to stay and the center for many activities.

Summary: We had a great week just relaxing and enjoying family time. The house has everything you need and so much more. The area is so quiet and peaceful we love every minute from sitting on the dock fishing, swimming, paddle boarding and kayaking. Reese and Pat are great host. We hope to come back soon. .

Summary: This house has fabulous rainbow river frontage. And almost all sides of the property looks out onto nature, and there are no other houses nearby except one. Also, the home has a great deal of amenities and well stocked. It is also in a nice location where it’s not too close to KP hole with all the river traffic and the town of Dunnellon. In other words, close enough to get there but far enough to be very relaxing. After we stayed a week, we booked the house right away for the next year. They are also wonderful hosts.

Summary: The home and the location are gorgeous. The house was exceptionally clean, kitchen well stocked, beds super comfy. Numerous paddle boards and tubes for enjoying the gorgeous Rainbow River. Quiet area, very friendly neighbors. The host is awesome as well. One of our best rental stays ever!

Summary: This was the perfect get away for us. We loved the beautiful house with all the floor to ceiling windows- so you could always enjoy the views. The river was so beautiful, we kayaked and paddle boarded, and my husband swam to the spring. The water temperature cooled the air, so sitting on the deck every night was so relaxing. We will definitely be back.
