Quiet and cozy two bedroom condo in the gated community of Ritz Pointe. The kitchen has been updated with new stainless steel appliances,tile flooring and granite countertops, all kitchen cooking utensils are provided,including a Keurig 2.0 coffee maker. The gated community has a pool and three spas, one of which has amazing ocean views. The bedrooms feature a king bed in the master and a queen bed in the guest. Both feature brand new mattresses and large walk-in closets. The living room has a flat panel television above the gas fireplace and ample seating and a queen sleeper sofa. There is also a separate dining room with seating for 6. This unit is fully stocked with towels, beach chairs and other beach gear. the large wrap around patio is perfect for BBQ's. The unit also has a washer and dryer for your convenience.
The condo is conveniently located between San Diego and Los Angeles. Disneyland, LEGOLAND and Knott's Berry Farm are within a 25 minute drive. With Dana point Harbor 10 minutes south and Laguna beach 10 minutes to the north, this location is ideal.

Summary: Overall we enjoyed our stay! We are locals who stayed here for a month with our two and four year old kids while our home was under construction. Frank was communicative and easy to get in touch with throughout our stay. The condo was spacious with plenty of room for our family of 4. The condo was well equipped, in a quiet corner spot, in perfect proximity to the pool and not too far of a walk to the beach. Would recommend this condo to others!

Summary: This was our second year reserving the condo for a month. The place is very clean, well equipped, and in a quiet spot in the community. The owner is very responsive and helpful when needed. Close to several beaches and restaurants in the area. Already reserved a month for 2024!

Summary: I knew as we walked in the place that we had chosen the right place for our California vacation. Everything was immaculate and in great shape. The refrigerator had some water and other refreshments as well as condiments. The cupboards were nicely stocked with about anything you could need while we were there. You could tell the owners went out of their way to make sure - everything was included. There was a ton of beach equipment and resources to enjoy the area to the fullest. There are plenty of extra pillows, linens and other supplies to handle all of our needs - and then some. One of the big upsides was the owners were very accessible and accommodating. They went out of their way to take care of us before, during and after our stay. We even tried to extend our stay, but the place was already booked after our stay. We would definitely stay here again and would recommend it highly.
