Second bedroom includes a queen bed, full dresser, comfy armchair, and also a large walk in closet. Second bathroom is located next to second bedroom. Fully functioning kitchen with small breakfast table, Keurig coffee maker, microwave, oven, & large fridge. Large dining room table seats 8! Living room includes 50" flat screen smart TV & cable; and sofa can be pulled out to become a queen bed. Ritz Pointe pool & clubhouse just steps away from unit. A gas grill is provided on the patio. Beach chairs, towels, and umbrella included with rental!

Summary: This unit is perfectly located within its complex for easy access. The walk to sand creek beach is very scenic and was a highlight of the trip. Well appointed kitchen and private laundry were a big plus. The owner is easily reached and very nice.
