Summary: We had a very short stay for my niece's wedding, but I could see us enjoying this well-appointed condo for a longer stay in the future. It had everything we needed and was clean and comfortable. Communication with the owner was timely and instructions were clear.

Summary: This condo had everything we needed for the half week stay... extra linens, washer & dryer, full kitchen, etc. It is in a great location, towards the beginning of town. Easy drive to RMNP, or food and gifts in downtown Grand Lake. The town is lovely, and the lake is beautiful. We would definitely choose this location again.
