Summary: Janna was accommodating and kind and, best of all, incredibly responsive, even though we had to make a last-minute change with our reservation numbers over the holidays. The property itself was magical—covered with snow yet accessible, quiet and secluded but not far from everything Grand Lake has to offer. For our purposes, as college friends who’ve moved all over the country but still come home to CO for the holidays, it was a wonderful retreat for both our core group and the kids we ended up bringing along. Thanks again for such a wonderful memory, and if we decide to come back to Grand Lake in the future, we’ll be sure to check the availability of this property again!

Summary: Excellent accomodation for our family gathering. Incredibly spacious, well furnished, very comfortable beds. Lots of games (table tennis, horseshoes, shuffleboard table, bag toss, frisbee, baseball and more) added to the fun. Great decks with fire pit and grill. Host very responsive and attentive. Summary: This house was able to hold all 18 of us and gave us something to do the entire week we were there. The amenities were great...fluffy towels, comfortable beds/bedding, toys for little and big kids, and a fully stocked kitchen for all our cooking and baking needs! This house is amazing!
