Summary: This was a very clean and spacious home. The main level is on the second floor with 3 bedrooms, a well stocked kitchen, and comfortable living room with a gas fireplace. The lower level has an extra queen bedroom, a bathroom, and another living room with a TV. This was perfect for my family. The beds are very comfortable, and the 3 bathrooms came in useful in the mornings. The location in Grand Lake is perfect. It is a beautiful small town, and the house was only 4 minutes from the Rocky Mountain National Park Grand Lake (west) entrance! If you have a reservation to the Bear Lake Road corridor, it takes 1.5 hours to get there, so as long as you are entering the park at the beginning of the 2 hour reservation, you will make it on time no problem. We did this 2 days in a row, and thoroughly enjoyed the drive through the park. And, if you like fishing, my goodness, lot's of great fishing spots within 15 minutes. We did not have time to fish the small ponds in front of the house, but we went to the lakes nearby (Grand Lake and Mountain Shadow Lake) and Colorado River (all within 14 minute drive- 4 minute drive to Grand Lake actually) and caught brown trout. Overall a great stay, and we would definitely rent this beautiful house again.

Summary: This was the perfect home base for us and our adult children while visiting RMNP. There were enough bedrooms and sitting areas for us to spread out and not feel crowded. We appreciated the well-stocked kitchen for meal and snack prep. The hot tub was amazing for relaxing after hiking. The close proximity to Grand Lake and the amazing view of fall foliage were a great bonus.

Summary: We had a great time at Moose Ponds & Grand Lake. You can easily walk into town but still felt you were surrounded by nature. We enjoyed drinking coffee on the deck, use of fire pit &grill, washer & dryer. A great place to escape the summer heat.

Summary: This property was a wonderful place to stay for our family vacation! There were 6 adults in our group and there was plenty of room and space for all of us to enjoy being together. The home was well stocked with everything we could possibly need which we really appreciated since the has not been our experience with other properties! It was a short drive in the RMNP for our daily excursions. We loved the decks and hot tub!
