Negative: The accommodation is close to the train station, so passing trains and announcements can be heard inside the room, and the toilet and shower are in one space without any partition.

Positive: An upgraded old style villa with large rooms, very clean and with a very nice interior design that impress by quality and refinement. The host is a warm and pleasant person, paying attention to all your needs and always ready to offer any information you may need. The location is quite easy to reach and the neighborhood is very quiet. Definitely a quality option for a holiday in Budapest

Positive: The whole experience was amazing, we did not expect this extraordinary hospitality. Generally when we travel to Europe individuals whether they employees or owners tend to be quite formal and rigid in their services. This was not the case in Wagner Villa Edet was absolutely atentive and helpful to all our needs. Reka was super in coordinating any extra requests. Both ladies wer absolutely genuine in providing service and hospitality above and beyond. The room was spotless adn so comfortable . The whole villa was relaxing and inviting. During our stay we had a full house still we did not feel invasion of privacy or noise or any disruptions at all. The location is adequate around 15 minutes away from the downtown area bus service is available quite close by.

Negative: The AC is a little weak it needs to be adjusted to be a little bit more cooler on the hot days otherwise in more cooler days the AC is not necessary as the breeze tends to be very gentle and cool.

Summary: Definitely coming again when in Budapest.. An absolute home away from home.

Positive: The location is good. The comfort and cleanliness are excellent. I really love the complimentary bottle of wine given to guests- very nice gesture and gift.

Negative: Breakfast was poor - a very limited selection was offered. A wider variety of breakfast options would have been best; perhaps a mini buffet to accommodate all dietary needs would be better.

Summary: Nice villa- perfect for a peaceful, relaxing and comforting stay.
