Positive: We had a wonderful stay at this old but beautifully renovated property. You get the best of both worlds: the charm of a historic place with all the modern comforts. The owner is truly helpful and welcoming. Everything was spotless – from the rooms to the bathroom – and we really appreciated the well-equipped kitchen with all the little details thought of. The peaceful atmosphere and private parking were huge pluses, making it easy and relaxing for us to come and go.

Negative: The double bed is very small and the shower cabin a bit tight. Also, the location is a little removed from the city center, which could be inconvenient if you don’t have a car. For us, though, it was ideal since we were here for the MotoGP race and valued the quiet surroundings more than being near tourist spots.

Positive: The apartment was very good. It was beautifully furnished in a very romantic style. It was very clean. There were all necessary things you need for a stay. The kitchen is equipped to prepare a breakfast but you will not cook there anything complicated. Location was fine as we came by car. Communication with the host was without problems, we got very clear instructions so we did not have problem to find the house and enter the apartment.

Negative: The only negative thing but it is not necessary negative for all was that cooker in the kitchen is not working properly - it is very weak so I could not cook there. However, there are several other possibilities that can be used for breakfast preparation working very well, just it is good to know that you will not boil sausages using the cooker. Just by chance I decided to prepare this type of breakfast. Without this everything was perfect.

Positive: The property is perfectly located in Budapest, it’s next to center, but out of it in the same time. With beautiful garden, free parking, locked security gate, security camera. Very clean, cozy and comfortable. Easy to access. Good equipped.

Negative: IMHO: we missed some kitchen stuff, colander to remove water after boiling spaghetti, but it’s not big deal.

Summary: We will definitely choose this villa again for our family stay in Budapest.
