Vivonne on Sunset is proudly located on the rise of Sunset Way, absorbing the coastal and rural views from the upper level of the house. This uniquely gracious and rustic handcrafted limestone residence, offers excellent accommodation with its 4 bedrooms and large living area, fully equipped kitchen, outdoor setting and BBQ area. Outside, but attached under the main roof, is the bathroom room which consists of shower (in bath), toilet, large vanity area, washing machine and laundry sink. There is a second upstairs toilet in the main house and an outside beach shower in the patio area.
The landscape surrounding the house is complimented with native plants and eye catching stone work and a paved area.
Vivonne Bay is a perfect base to visit the islands tourist attractions and to enjoy the magnificent blue waters of one of the best beaches in Australia.

Summary: Plenty of rooms, peaceful place, a walk distance from Vivonne Bay beach. We had a wonderful time!!!! Due to the lack of local stores, take from Adelaide or Penneshaw your supplies.

Summary: A characterful home set in a very quiet area with beautiful expansive sea views from the second level. The house was generously set up with kitchen and other equipment and essentials. Our host, Meg was helpful and communication was great. This house is in a great central position on the island and it was easy to get to all the places we wanted to see.

Summary: Shed door unlocked on arrival where all owners gear kept. Sign for sale blocking address Chimney blocked at first. Outside toilet/shower - no heater Vacuum cleaner wouldn't work. Doors jamming hard to open and close But lovely position for walks and to see attractions. Beautifully built old house we were comfy thank you

Summary: My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our time at Vivonne on Sunset. The house was spotlessly clean, well set up for families and very comfortable. It had a happy atmosphere and was just lovely. Our host Meg was always ready to help too.

Summary: We were looking for a spacious, comfortable place for 5 adults and three children (3-8), walking distance to the beach in a beautiful surrounding area and we found it! Plenty of parking space for our three cars, plenty of lawn in a fenced area for the little ones to run around, fantastic kitchen, dining and lounge for all of us to share and generous, comfortable rooms at the end of the day (great views too!). The library, games and toys are a fantastic resource and we loved the idea of being able to leave a book to add to the library or take one and send it back once done. Thanks Meg! We had a very special time in a very special place.
