It has an open plan lounge, dine and kitchen, together with two bedrooms, each with a queen size bed. Island Breeze is approximately 500 metres from beautiful Vivonne Bay beach, voted in 2003 the best beach in Australia. The beach provides stunning views, safe swimming and surfing as well as good fishing.
Vivonne Bay is at the centre of the major tourist attractions including Seal Bay, Kelly Hill Caves, Admirals Arch, Little Sahara, Remarkable Rocks and Flinders Chase.
Local wildlife includes possums and wallabies that can be fed from the deck, sea lions at the jetty, dolphins, whales in the winter months, echidnas, goannas, beautiful blue wrens and kangaroos.

Summary: We really enjoyed our stay at the Island Breeze Apartment. The property was clean and comfortable, with plenty of windows offering lovely views of nature. It's located in Vivonne Bay, close to Seal Bay and Flinders Chase National Park. There's also a beautiful beach nearby, perfect for relaxing walks. The kitchen was well-equipped, and there were also DVDs and board games available, so there's no chance of getting bored. We would definitely stay again!

Summary: Island Breeze was just perfect for us. It is remote - far from much KI infrastructure which made it perfect for being with wildlife, hiking, and getting away from it all. Cabin is clean, has everything we needed to cook, and was simple to check in.Koalas in the tree right at the house, visiting wallabies, and great tips from Albert in the book at the house. All amenites worked just fine and the place was quite homey. Great CD collection of music as well!So great to get closer to Seal Bay, FIinders Chase, and the wildness of western and southern Kangaroo Island. I'd book Island Breeze again without a doubt.

Summary: What a beautifully presented home with a good bush view with resident wildlife. We arrived in the dark (a little scary with the amount of wildlife near the roads) and felt right at home from the moment we arrived.

Summary: We loved our stay at Island Breeze. Highly recommend. Stairs up were a challenge for husband with arthritis, but he did cope. Visiting wallabies and currawongs were a highlight. We were at Vivonne Bay in May, which is not the peak tourist season. So it was extra quiet and peaceful. Albert the host was very helpful and quick to respond. Thank you.

Summary: This beach house has fabulous open-plan kitchen/dining/sitting room with views overlooking the bush. Also BBQ and outdoor seating area. Location nearish the Vivonne Bay beach is perfect for seeing some of KI's best sites, and owners communicated well. Also useful having free wi-fi as phone coverage is not great in some parts of island. Highly recommended.

Summary: Unfortunately due to mix up in KI ferry timing we were unable to stay. Howerver we have stayed at Island Breeze in the past and found it to be excellent. We are definitely looking forward to staying there again in the future. It is located in a great spot close to all the attractions we were interested in on KI. The ratings provided are for our previous visit.
