Summary: The staff at the resort were all amazing. They all were super friendly and helpful with everything we needed. The staff would treat us like family and did everything in their power to make sure we enjoyed our time. Not once did we feel unsafe or that any of our property would be stolen. The rooms were incredibly comfortable. The cleaners would come everyday to make our beds and clean up. The food was amazing with something new everyday and having multiple restaurant options. My fiance is celiac which usually makes it hard to find food options but the resort made sure they always had options for her aswell as making sure it tasted good. The perfomers were all great. They had a new show everynight from a world tour to a lion king night. We saw them in the morning making sure people were having a good time teaching dances at the pool to having games and fun contest that were available for all ages. There were always staff available to help us out with whatever we needed. They made sure we would have a ride when we needed it and aswell as giving us suggestions on what fun activities to do. I have nothing bad to say about the resort. Absolutely everything was amazing. The staff, the food, the comfortability, and the overall enjoyment were amazing. I highly recommend coming here if you are thinking about it. Even when i saw other tourist treat the workers like slaves/garbage, the staff would still do their best aswell as having a smile on their face.

The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the staff did a commendable job keeping the beach area as clear as possible during a difficult seaweed season. The pool was also very nice and well-maintained. However, several areas fell short of expectations. The amenities advertised were underwhelming. The “game room,” for instance, was disappointing. It featured only one old, broken pool table with damaged cues and missing pocket nets, making it nearly unusable. The dinner experience, in terms of service and ambiance, was pleasant. However, the biggest issue during our stay was with the food itself—specifically, how food allergies were handled. My family has peanut allergies, and I had called the hotel ahead of time to confirm that they could accommodate this. I was assured that they could. Unfortunately, that was not our experience upon arrival. At the Mayan Cuisine restaurant, we informed our server of our allergies, and he seemed unconcerned. He told us he couldn’t guarantee the dishes were nut-free, which contradicted what we had been told before our trip. Still, we ordered dishes he claimed were safe. Within 30 minutes, my son broke out in hives, and I experienced the beginning of an allergic reaction myself. Thankfully, we had emergency medication on hand. Summary: Great resort, a lot of activities for kids and adults. Would recommend 100% The staff at the kids club were amazing and treated our boys like family. Great place to stay

Summary: This resort is very well kept. It was clean, though the rooms could use a renovation. The showers were outdated. The resort is eco-friendly, so they don't use water bottles. They have filtered bottle filling stations around the resort. They also offer cool water from dispensers around the property. The resort is very close to Playa Del Carmen, for any shopping you want to do. There's also a very decently sized market just down the road from the resort. It's a gated community, so it's very safe. I would definitely recommend this resort to anyone wanting to stay at a nice, quiet and affordable resort near playa del carmen.
