Positive: Perfect place in Adishi. Brand new guesthouse. Breakfast and dinner were delicious. The hosts were very helpful. I forgot something and they made sure I get it back. Very thankful for that. I also recommend to take their horses for the river crossing. In late August it was too risky by foot and their horses did a great job.

Positive: The room and bathroom were clean, everything seems new to it's nice to come to this after the trail

Negative: Don't eat dinner there. The food was cold and came late. It was good for vegan/vegeterian. But for meat/cheese eaters, don't waste your money there and go eat somewhere else.

Positive: The rooms are very clean as the property is newly built and we appreciated that the property isn’t in the centre so it was quieter outside (but still very easy to walk to).

Negative: The beds are quite hard and the pillows could be better. There was no curtain in the window. The walls are thin so you are at the mercy of other guests and their loudness levels. The descriptions for the rooms on booking.com are completely incorrect. Each room says it has a balcony. But that is not true. Only two rooms have a balcony so you do not know what room you will get when you book. All rooms also claim to have air conditioning but this is not true. (However the rooms that claim to have a private bathroom do have a private bathroom). For rooms without a private bathroom, there is only one bathroom for 4 rooms (so 8 people would need to share if fully booked). The tap water is not filtered so make sure to filter it before drinking.

Positive: New beautiful house, just 2 weeks old. The interior is just like in the pictures. Beds are comfortable, linen is fresh and soft. Marvelous view from the balcony. Natalia made a delicious Georgian-style dinner, including our no-lactose-no-gluten request. She speaks English and Russian. Helped us to get a horse to cross the river on the way to Iprali. We felt welcome and comfortable.

Negative: Sometimes we needed to wait for the bathroom because the house was full, but it wasn't a big problem.
