Positive: Clean and spacious, welcoming friendly host, heater in room. Delicious meal for all guests seated together so that there was excellent opportunity to share food and conversation during the meals.

Negative: Was a 2km hike from Iprari village in the opposite direction to the Mestia to Ushguli hike, but the host picks up guests from the Iprari village to take them to the property (we walked). Despite this extra distance it was the nicest interaction with the travellers staying here that we had on the entire hike.

Summary: Worth the extra distance to stay here

Positive: Elos and her family were very friendly and helpful. They offered to pick us up from Iprari after a long day of hiking, and also dropped us off at the trailhead towards Ushguli the next day. Breakfast and dinner was just amazing.

Positive: Very kind family, we were exhausted and the family arranged to pick us up from Iprari. Meals were soooo good, I'm a vegeterian and had food to eat. They also helped us book a very nice driver to Mestia. Showers were clean and the best quality we had from the entire trip. Also, some travellers asked to watch the soccer game and family happily turned on TV. Truly good people, with an adorable dog.
