Positive: I stayed at this resort with my family during Christmas time and we loved it. The resort was beautiful with coffee plantations, a small lake, pond and children play area. Rooms are very big and spacious with beautiful view of the coffee plantations. Resort was beautifully decorated with lights and the staff were very courteous and helpful. My son is 2 years old and he had a great time running around and playing. He had best time here. They have two restaurants on the resort and food was really tasty at both these places. They have buggies to take you to your rooms, restaurants and any place you want to go within the resort which was really convenient.

Negative: Nothing here. We loved everything about this place.

Positive: Nice setting in a large parkstyle coffeeplantation. Very quiet, spacious room and modern bathroom. Bed was comfortable. Restaurant was very nice and staff helpful - morning and evening.

Negative: Room could have been cleaner.

Positive: The rooms were really comfy and big. The staff was also very helpful. Cleanliness was top notch.

Negative: The food within the resort is not that good and I would suggest that it would be better if you explore some places outside for food.
